#GOW24 was an exceptional event as always. We had the opportunity to engage with numerous clients to discuss our advancements in 132 kV technology and the upcoming launch of our new high-voltage subsea and land cable manufacturing facility in Cambois, near Blyth. This facility, set to begin operations next year, will support offshore wind farm projects located far from the coast.
Our team also highlighted our commitment to a responsible and locally-sourced supply chain. Joseph Cole, Lead Engineer of Dynamic Power Cables, participated in the B5 panel discussion: Innovation Unleashed: Pioneering the Future on June 18.
Our booth attracted significant interest, and we were honored by the visit of Claire Coutinho, Secretary of State for Energy and Net Zero of the United Kingdom. During her visit, Tomasz Nowak and James Young discussed the global responsibilities of manufacturing companies amidst the energy transition and the necessity to adapt to rapidly changing environmental conditions. Additionally, James Young shared valuable insights in how the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership is playing a vital role in boosting supply chain development and accelerating innovation.
We also took the opportunity to showcase our offshore and onshore solutions to visiting students as part of the STEM program.
JDR and TFK teams extend their gratitude to all our partners and visitors for an especially productive two days and look forward to seeing you at GOW25.
